SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN MALAYSIA

We deliver through PosLaju and you can expect it to arrive at your door within 7-10 working days.

Lifeline ID will process your order (with comfimed payment advice) within 72 hours and will ship within the next 72 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 7-10 working days (Pos Laju)  after it is sent.

Lifeline ID aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

We strictly do not deliver to P.O. Box due to unforeseen security issues. Hence, please ensure the shipping address provided is of legitimate and reachable by standard courier companies, i.e residential or office address.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at [email protected].

RETURNS POLICY

There are strictly no returns.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.

For exchanges item must be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

 For exchnages, You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

All exchange request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.

All exchanges will be charged RM 10.00 handling fees. Item will sent out after payment has been received.
