PRODUCT
*Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
*A difference of 0.5-1.0" between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by bank deposit, PayPal or credit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.
* At the moment we are still accepting offline payment (ATM TRANSFER). There will be no reservation, kindly email us at [email protected] for time extension and orders will be automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated time frame. linelife.ebox.com.my will not be accountable for the delays caused by insufficient payment details provided. Kindly provide payment receipt once payment made by ATM/Manual banking,we will not entertain any payment without ATM receipt/printscreen. Cancelled orders cannot be reserved and linelife.ebox.com.my will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for this timeframe.
In the event where we're unable to verify payments, linelife.ebox.com.my would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.
DELIVERY
* All orders are processed within 1-2 working days upon verification if payment. Our pick up service by Pos Laju Malaysia is carried out during working hours, Monday- Friday at 2-4 pm, excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). Kindly track your order at www.pos.com.my by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at linelife.ebox.com.my. Track your parcel at: http://www.poslaju.com.my/
* linelife.ebox.com.my is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address,size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.
All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by linelife.ebox.com.my However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. linelife.ebox.com.my shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
If for any reason linelife.ebox.com.my is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, linelife.ebox.com.my will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, linelife.ebox.com.my will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.
Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of linelife.ebox.com.my and there will be no refunds.
INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED.
All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
We truly apologize for sending/mailing you the incorrect item. Please take a snapshot or provide us the details/name of the wrong item received and email us directly at [email protected]. We will reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
An exchange will be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect, we will reimburse the postage charges for wrong item(s) sent to customer. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece/size is Out Of Stock,
* Exchange can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition( tag intact, unworn, unwashed or unaltered, completely free of fragrance). We will take approximately 5 working day to process.
DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) RECEIVED.

RETURN AND REFUND
All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to linelife.ebox.com.my within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to [email protected] and your email will normally be replied within 24 hours from the receipt of your email.
In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, linelife.ebox.com.my shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate linelife.ebox.com.my employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to linelife.ebox.com.my Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. linelife.ebox.com.my will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange. linelife.ebox.com.my will be responsible for the freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer.

Thus, linelife.ebox.com.my does not offer product warranty, but simply extends the manufacturer's standard warranty, if any.
